Landscape Design & Assessment: Housing Development, Wrexham
A proposed 80 house scheme near Wrexham. We identified former parkland on the site which was part of the grounds of a long demolished home of a famous architect. Reviewing historic mapping we established a development boundary that reflects the site's history and re-establishes part of the parkland, preserving and enhancing original landscape features. We also provided a Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA) of the subsequent scheme for the planning application.
Nantcribbau, Powys, Wales
We have developed a detailed landscape scheme for a series of luxury barn conversions on a Victorian Model Farm. Comprising a Grade II listed model farm, we designed a series of private spaces, utilising reclaimed materials, softened by planting. The design also maintains the farm's open character and heritage.

The design responded to site conditions including its riverside location which led to the create a wildlife area, enhancing the site's biodiversity.

Landscape Design: Housing, Coleshill, Birmingham
We have created landscape designs including a planting plan and undertaken tree surveys for a number of new high-quality housing units in the grounds of a Grade II listed house on the outskirts of Birmingham. Set within a mature residential garden and paddock the proposed housing will be integrated into its setting by planting design that reflects the site's historic character.
